So, my first visit with Kim was June 6, 2011 at which point I committed to my first competition!!  Here were my stats starting out with my competition meal plan.

6/6/2011-
Weight:  125lbs
% of Body Fat: 30.78%
Fat Pounds: 38.47
Lean Body Mass:  86.53

Meal Plan is eating 5 times a day 2-3 hours apart.  5 days of cardio and 2 days of weights.

  2. Hi!! Well, thank you for reading!! Kim has me doing cardio 5 times a week and 2 days of weight training for upper body. Cardio I always watch my heart rate and make sure I am in my "target range", as for exercise I am usually on the elipitcal or I split between eliptical and stairmaster. Have to be careful on the stairmaster though, it really spikees my heart rate.

    If you want to calculate your range you take
    220 is beats per minute and then you're taking 70 & 80 percent of the total you get after subtracting age from 220.

    Example:
    220- 27 (age)= 193

    193 x .70= 135
    193 x .80= 155

    Once I had this little formula it makes cardio alot easier and you know your burn range.
